Refund Policy

MDAccess is sold through monthly memberships. There are NO refunds, but members can cancel their membership at any time. Upon cancellation, the membership will expire at the end of the calendar month in which the request was initiated.

In the event that a member cancels their membership they will still be able to access their Personal Health Record on the website, but will not be able to phone or send in a request to the service.

Our Doctors or other health team members cannot process a cancellation request. Please initiate a cancellation request by sending an email to .
